Refund and Returns Policy

At Tara Culture, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.

  • Certain items such as sale/discounted products may not be eligible for return (will be mentioned at the time of purchase).


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if the product is defective, damaged, or wrong item delivered.

  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued through bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Customers can exchange for a different size or product of equal value.

  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.


4. Process for Returns/Exchanges

  3. Send the product back through courier (customer bears return shipping cost unless item is defective/wrong).
